A love of Ireland and Scotland, travel and golf has given him the insight to fine tune each division of the company. Garreth expects excellence from all those around him. Attention to detail and meticulous planning go into every trip and Garreth has a look over every client itinerary the company produces. Garreth travels regularly with his family and at least four times a year visits travel agents in the US and Canada. As a frequent traveler he constantly observes trends and development in the industry. As the company is expanding our destinations over the next five years, Garreth uses his family trips as opportunities to get first hand experience with exciting new places to visit and share with our clients. Although having background in computer programming with study at Dublin Institute of Technology, Boston University and North Eastern University (ecommerce), Garreth's experience stems from over 10 years corporate relationship management (Bank of America & Thomson Reuters) with Fortune 500 Companies including IBM, Analog Devices, Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, Sprint and United Technologies - To name but a few. Garreth founded Emerald Elite Group in 2004. Today we employ five full time staff and over ten seasonal staff. We've established our place in the market and are considered by our peers as Ireland's leading private tour operator. |
